					<description>FDR, there is a man who knew how to grab hold of executive power.  From threatening the Supreme Court to leading the war against underconsumption and the axis... there were few limits to his rule.  The great part is that it took the conservative liberals almost 30 years to recover after FDR's knockout punch.  Nixon, Reagan, and Bush only wish they had the power to do what FDR did, and perhaps 4 terms.  Though, Reagan by a fourth term, in the midst of alzheimers, could have been a little scary.</description>
